Title Reporting

We use information you provide, such as an address, name, or legal description to generate a report that contains ownership, liens, affidavits, agreements, leases, and any other type of documents that affect the real property and the people involved. The report will provide you with basic information, including type of transaction or document, complete names of the parties involved, dates, dollar amounts and terms, if any, county recording information and any notes that will be helpful. Probate records and District Court records are also researched to reflect the passing, guardianship, divorce or civil actions involving the people in title.

Owner and Encumbrance

You provide an address, name, or other information so we can determine where the property is. You may also let us know what years you would like us to cover. We will provide you with a report showing the owner(s) and all encumbrances, including liens, easements, plats, restrictions, leases, etc. affecting the land and/or owners.

Real Property Asset Search

You provide us with the name you would like information about and we conduct a search to discover real property interests involving that particular party. A Real Property Asset report would include basic information from Deeds on improved or unimproved land. A brief description of the property would be given in the notes for each document on the report and would be accompanied by a copy of the document, if requested, for a more thorough description of the property. Tax information would also be provided, showing values, taxes paid, exemptions, authorities, etc.

Owner and Legal

You provide us with an address or useful location description of the property and we conduct a search and provide a report to reflect basic information about the current owner of the subject property. A brief description of the property is shown in the notes for the document and is accompanied, if requested, by a copy of the document which will have a more thorough description of the property.The three types of searches and reports described above are only a small sample of what we can do for you. Other types are shown below and we can customize any search to fit your needs.
